Please does tallinn university of technology tallinn, Estonia offers masters nursing degree in English for international students? I learnt the school is free for international students and I have checked the website without any luck.
I'm not sure the school offers nursing (might be wrong though) cos I just checked through Estonia Dreamapply which is the portal through which you apply for admission in Estonia. The closest program is MSc in Health Care Technology, the tuition is truly free sha and you need TOEFL, Waec /neco result and second class upper in health related courses you can check other requirements via https://estonia.dreamapply.com/courses/course/39?_trackCourseSearch=1473381

Health Care Technology (HTC) is a unique Master’s programme in Europe and Estonia is the first country to start teaching Health Care Technology in such an all-inclusive form. HTC focuses on combination of academic and practical skills and the lecturers are mostly from the industry, bringing the latest knowledge and experience to the students.
HCT Master’s program has two specialities: 1) Health care technology (HCT) and 2) Occupational Health Sciences and Ergonomics (OHSE).

Lectures are combined with practical studies in various medical and health care organizations and manufacturing companies

Creates valuable contacts between students and possible future employers – students have possibility to attend apprenticeships in the partnering healthcare or production companies
The HCT programme prepares e-Health technology specialists who have acquired the knowledge for working in different health care sector organizations and have the knowledge about the client and patient centered approach and manner of behavior characteristics of the modern health care systems.
The programme’s OHSE major prepares health and safety specialists and managers for a large of variety of private and state organisations, who ensures the high quality of working life and well-being.
Graduates can continue their career or scientific research in medical institutes, hospitals, health foundations, universities, etc.
