Available programs are: Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing, Masters in Nursing and PhD in Nursing in the following Specialties
i. Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing
ii. Maternal and Child Health Nursing
iii. Community Health Nursing
iv. Medical and Surgical Nursing

Niger Delta University, NDU Postgraduate admission form for 2016/2017 academic is out (Part-time and Full-time). The Postgraduate School of Niger Delta University has announced the sales of application forms for Postgraduate Programmes. The admission will be for the 2016/2017 academic session.
 
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Niger Delta University full time and part-time Postgraduate Programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session in the following areas:
 
Niger Delta University Postgraduate Courses Available
 
The following are the registrable courses for the 2016/2017 NDU Postgraduate programme. The courses are listed under the faculties where they are being offered.
 
FACULTY OF NURSING
a. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in:
i. Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing
ii. Maternal and Child Health Nursing
iii. Community Health Nursing
 
b. Master of Science (M.Sc) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in:
i. Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing
ii. Maternal and Child Health Nursing
iii. Community Health Nursing
iv. Medical and Surgical Nursing
 
Niger Delta University Postgraduate Admission Requirements — 2016/2017
 
1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
 
The criteria for admission into the PGD programmes will be as follows:
a. All candidates must meet the matriculation requirements including a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics at the O’level.
b. A candidate with at least third class degree in the relevant field from an approved University.
c. HND holders with a minimum of credit level pass from recognised institutions.
 
Duration of Postgraduate Programmes at NDU
a. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programme duration
* NDU Full-time Postgraduate Diploma shall run for a minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
* NDU Part-time Postgraduate Diploma shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
 
b. Masters programmes Shall run for a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
 
c. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D)
* The Duration for the Doctor of Philosophy shall be a minimum of six semesters and a maximum of ten semesters.

Apply online at www.ndu.edu.ng
 
Purchase of Application Form shall be through ONLINE or at the NDU Postgraduate e-pin form Diamond Bank, payment of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) only into NDU School of Postgraduate Studies Account No. 0034501581, Diamond Bank Plc.
 
Application Closing Date
The closing date for the submission of Niger Delta University Postgraduate form is Friday, May 19, 2017.
