Update: This Hospital is in Financial Crisis and usually owes Workers' Salaries - Anonymous Source

A Registered Nurse  who has worked with this hospital and voluntary resigned over non payment of salaries has sent us the message below to warn other nurses to be careful of this hospital. Here is the message the nurse sent to us:

"I saw a recent advert for olive multispecialist hospital on your forum

I consider it fit to let you know that the institution is having financial crisis. And have been owing their staff members several months salary.

That is the reason why they advertise every time, people end up leaving after a period of free service
I worked with them for six months, before I left
And I'm still being owed March salary as at reporting time

I'm not trying to blackmail them, but I don't want your members to resign their good jobs and pick up the offer

Anyone that want to apply can verify this claim "

We write to correct some misconceptions about the above statement. This statement is absolutely inaccurate, malicious, derogatory and defamatory. Obviously, this is a calculated attempt aimed at discrediting the reputation of a growing organization by this anonymous source and we are objecting to it vehemently.
You stated, “that the institution is having financial crisis”. How? This is a new organization that is just a year old. The magnificent twin edifice that houses this hospital speaks otherwise, likewise the medical equipment therein. Any company in a financial crisis usually starts downsizing or implements a salary cut. Yet, you resigned voluntarily in March, how does this amount to financial crisis?
Secondly, you stated “that is the reason why they advertise every time, people end up leaving after a period of free service” It’s common knowledge that in all organizations, when a staff resigns, suitable applicant must be employed to carry on that position. Only a visionless organization leaves its crucial positions vacant.
Moderator, please understand that this post is harmful to the image of this nascent company and we demand that you remove immediately.
