The Department  of Health  Regional office XIII is now hiring nurses, midwives, medical technologists, dentists and graduates ofany 4 year health related courses under the following Deployment programs/projects for 2017 calendar year:

1.   Nurse Deployment Project (NDP)
2.   Rural Health Midwves placement program (RHMPP)
3.   Dentist Deployment  project (DDP)
4.   Universal Healthcare Implementar (UHCI)
5.   Medical Technologists Deployment project (NTDP)
6.   Public Health Associatars deployment Project (PHADP)

Requirements


1.   Duly completed application form Download the application below or obtain one from regional office
2.   Application letter addressed to: JOSE R LLACUNA JR MD MPH CESO III DIRECTOR IV DOH REGIONAL OFFICE XIII
3.   Photocopy of updated PRC license (For nurses, midwives, dentists, medical technologists and doctors)
4.   Photocopy of PRC board rating
5.   Certified true copy of diploma (for PHA applicants only)
6.   Photocopy of certificate of training/ seminars attended

Application Deadline .

Deadline for submission of all applications will be on or before Nov 10, 2016.

 Applications with no attached photocopy of PRC license and certified true copy of diploma (for PHAs) will not be entertained

Examination Schedule

Schedule of the qualifying exam will be announced later
